Trained as an editor in Japan, Mayumi initially working for several publishers in Tokyo on a variety of books and magazines.

As an Japanese editor in the UK, she has experience working with London-based agencies on multi-language projects – drawing on her abilities as a proficient project manager and team leader. Her knowledge of Localisation work provides Honesty Design with specialist expertise.

Other clients Mayumi has catered for include blue-chip companies and organisations to the likes of British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways, ANA, PwC, Credit Suisse, Japan Embassy, VisitBritian as well as the UK's top agencies such as Gyro International, Forward Publishing and Redwood. 

Mayumi loves walking around to see what is happening in London, and her own London guidebook finally was been published in Japan in 2010.
